Located in a quiet haven of North Yorkshire, just on the outskirts of Pickering - our 18th Century farmhouse Bed and Breakfast accommodation is set within 32 acres on the banks of Pickering Beck, and surrounded by the spectacular scenery of the moors - where you can enjoy a relaxing holiday, go bird watching, or take one of the many pleasant walking or cycling routes, with 800 yards of trout fishing onsite. When the weather is good enjoy a game of croquet or boules on the lawn or giant Geronimo Jenga in the courtyard. for the athletic amongst you football is available on the field.

Pickering is the Gateway to the moors, and our location is an ideal base for trips to the Yorkshire Coast, and a short ride from the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, Eden Camp, Flamingo Land, York and Scarborough. We have ten en suite bed and breakfast guest rooms sited on an open courtyard; a one-bedroom luxury apartment - with its own private seating area, two bedrooms open plan kitchen dining room; and three self catering Scandinavian style timber lodges, - ideal for family-fun and outdoor-style holidays. bed and breakfast room facilities include; pocket sprung mattress, leather sofa , mini fridge, TV, DVD player, cd player, gas central heating, double glazing and hospitality tray. Cots and highchairs are also available on request. Breakfast is served in our conservatory from the best local ingredients, and even some of our free range eggs and homemade bread.

There are eleven bed and breakfast guest rooms in total, mostly onthe ground floor. Each room has its own external entrance, and outside seating area. There are six double rooms, one single room, one twin room, two family rooms and a first floor family apartment. All bed and breakfast guest rooms are en suite with gas central heating and double glazing. our rooms are mostly converted from the farms outbuildings and many include vaulted ceilings and exposed beams. For romantics we have a four poster room with patio doors onto a decked terrace. our family rooms have a seperate bedroom for the kids with its own tv/DVD player. Other facilities include; power showers fridge, TV, DVD player,leather sofas cd player, and hospitality tray. Cots and highchairs are also available on request. Breakfast is served in our conservatory from the best local ingredients, and even some of our free range eggs and homemade bread.
