Jayne and Steve would like to welcome you to Cawthorne House offering excellent, four star bed and breakfast accommodation in Pickering, the 'Gateway to the North York Moors' in the heart of North Yorkshire. This impressive Victorian Grade II listed building is close to amazing attractions such as the North Yorks Moors Railway, Pickering Castle and Castle Howard. We can suggest dinner venues and welcome walkers. We also have been accredited by Visit Britain with the coveted silver award for quality and hospitality.
Only 5 minutes walk from Pickering town centre, we're an ideal base for easy access to the best that Pickering has to offer including specialist shopping, ample pubs, tearooms and restaurants. Pickering has a famous trout lake and the Beck Isle Museum offers excellent photography exhibitions. The natural scultpures of Bridestones are situated in Dalby forest which is also a popular venue for open air concerts during the summer months.
There is a selection of double or twin rooms each appropriately named after an area of outstanding natural beauty close to Cawthorne House.
