The property lies on agricultural land and is superbly situated between the Yorkshire Dales and Moors National Parks, both recognised as Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Nearby Northallerton is a popular market town with a market and quality shops and attracts people from miles around. Wainwright's Coast to Coast Walk, Croft Circuit and the White Rose Cycle Route are all nearby.

A hearty Farm House breakfast cooked on the aga is served in the dining room and the granary meal house which adjoins each other. You can savour the delights of local sausages and dry cured bacon, black puddings, organic milk and butter, bread and teas and also our own free range eggs. We will endeavour to make your stay as enjoyable as possible offering local information on great places to visit, including attractions and historical sites and also the best places to eat and drink. Enjoy a special break celebrating or visiting as many attractions lie within easy reach.

We offer a range of en-suite rooms thoughtfully furnished, one double bedroom is in the farmhouse and four can be found in the granary conversion. All rooms are equipped with TV, hair dryer, alarm clock and a wide selection of teas and coffees. In addition to our guest rooms we also offer Gate Cottage, with the flexibility to have bed and breakfast or cater for yourself, or perhaps a mixture of both. The cottage sleeps two and has a well equipped kitchen area and attractive bathroom.
