Superb small York Guesthouse, 6 bedrooms with TVs, residents lounge, off-street parking for guests

Acres Dene is a charming little York guesthouse, opened in 1981 by the Jackson family who have owned the Priory Hotel opposite since 1930. The guesthouse has extensive amenities including a light and spacious dining room where guests can enjoy superb choice at breakfast. We serve a cold buffet which consists of Fruit Juices, Cereal and Fruit. This is followed by a full hearty English breakfast.

There's lots of space in the guesthouse where guests can relax. For your extra comfort we have a relaxing lounge to browse brochures and plan what to do or to rest after spending a day sightseeing or shopping. This rooom also has a television.

Rooms Description

All of the bedrooms are individually and comfortably furnished in pine with coordinated decoration. Each of our bedrooms has en-suite (shower and toilet), Tea and Coffee making facilities and a colour television.

We have three generations of experience in providing accommodation in York, and can offer guests lots of tips for exploring the many attractions in York, including York Minster, should you need assistance.
