Conveniently located just 5-7 minutes walk from the city centre and 10 minutes walk from York racecourse, Bay Tree Guest House is a Victorian town house that has been lovingly converted to offer bed and breakfast accommodation in three bedrooms. Kingsize, double and family rooms are available, all tastefully decorated and well-equipped with colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities. Free parking is available for guests. The guest house is run by the resident owners, Andrew and Clare, who offer a friendly and personal service to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Children are welcome at all times and a travel cot can be provided on request.

At the Bay Tree Guest House, you can start your day with a hearty English breakfast or choose the continental or lighter options; all cooked to order and made using locally produced ingredients. Vegetarian breakfasts are also available. The guest house is run by the resident owners, Andrew and Clare, who offer a friendly and personal service to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. Children are welcome at all times and a travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. Minimum 2 night stays on a weekend, discounts apply for long stays.

Additional Information

All our bedrooms are tastefully decorated and include original Victorian features, such as Victorian fireplaces, cornices and sash windows. All rooms have a colour television, radio/alarm clock, tea and coffee making facilities and clean towels as standard. All our rooms are non-smoking and are en-suite. The family room is situated at the top of the house and has a double bed and a single bed as standard. We will provide an additional bed in this room for families with two children or a travel cot for families traveling with infants.
