You'll love the ambience at our charming Victorian guest house which is in a quiet location by the city wall overlooking Bootham Park, and within sight of York Minster. All our rooms are ensuite, decorated in muted tones with a quiet understated elegance which is matched by our flair for quality and service. The city centre is only 5 to 10 minutes walk away and we can offer guests parking on the street. There are some fabulous shops and restaurants close by and many attractions within a short distance.
Our bedrooms are just beautiful. Superbly comfortable beds with pocket sprung mattresses, quality bedlinen and ample pillows and cushions. They have elegant pieces of occasional furniture including desks, bedside cabinets and good wardrobe storage. Kingsize, double, twin or canopied, the choice is yours, they all have TV's, radio alarms. Hairdryers, adjustable heating, good hospitality trays and ensuite shower rooms. We have a small garden to the rear where you can relax and plan your days activities.
