Georgian House is an elegant Grade II listed Georgian Town House dating back to 1640. Ideally situated just a two minute walk from York Minster, Europe's largest gothic cathedral, guests can be sure that they are situated close to the heart of the historic city. Allerthorpe Lakeland Park is ideal for kayaking, fly fishing, wind surfing and canoeing or simply for a gentle stroll and a rest in the tea rooms. Braver guests can enjoy a ghost quest, a late night ghost walking tour of old York. A little further away in Pickering, guests can visit Go Ape at Dalby Forest and take part in an exhilerating course of rope bridges, Tarzan swings and zip slides in the trees.
