About this property
A warm Yorkshire welcome to Heworth Guest House, our family run bed and breakfast accommodation just a short distance from the centre of York. The train station is roughly 7 minutes by taxi or the bus from the station stops right outside our door. Transport into the city centre is very good, alternatively we thoroughly recommend walking to take in all the sights along the way and there are some excellent restaurants and bars close by.
Our six en-suite bedrooms range from king size, double, twin and triple rooms, all with wall mounted 32" Freeview LCD TV's, well stocked hospitality and beverage trays, drinks cooler, iPod dock, hairdryer, fan and free Wi-Fi as well as hard wired internet connection. Our two Superior rooms larger than standard shower cubicles in their en-suite. For your convenience we have a comfortable guest lounge which is available at any time and has a mini fridge. As well as a very hearty full English breakfast, freshly cooked to order we offer a vegetarian or coeliac option.
