Hillcrest Guest House in York is a spaciously elegant Victorian Townhouse built in 1870 graded 3 Diamonds for Superb Quality and Comfort. We are within a 10 minutes walk of York city centre and York's Racecourse. Our Guests have access to a private Car Park. Behind Hillcrest is the beautifully landscaped Rowntree Park consisting of formal gardens, tennis courts, bowling greens, children's play areas and its lake and wildlife. Beyond the park is the River Ouse and the delightful Riverside Walk into York city centre.
Broadband and Wireless Internet Access is available. Our guests are welcome to relax in the Lounge with open flame fire. Most major credit/debit cards are accepted and we are a strictly non-smoking establishment. Our guests can expect a Generous Breakfast selection we serve a nutritious, much complimented, Full English Breakfast. Breakfast choice also includes fruit juice, milk, yoghurts, a wide range of cereals and fresh fruit. We are happy to cater for Special Diets.

Directions
From A1 take A64 then A1036, sign posted York West and then follow signs for City Centre. When you pass The Marriot Hotel on the right, take next right (to Racecourse). Follow Knivesmire/Campleshon Road to the end. Go left into Bishopthorpe Road. Hillcrest is a half of a mile on the right.
