Our 10 rooms are individually decorated, offering maximum comfort for your stay in York. Nine of the rooms have en-suite jacuzzi-baths and showers, and all have colour televisions. Most of the rooms come with four-poster beds We also offer tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryers and all linen is provided. Access to rooms is available at all times and guests are free to come and go as they please.

Here at Holme Lea Manor we offer you the chance to relax and unwind in our Spa Area. Newly installed our spacious spa bath offers the perfect solution for winding down at the end of a long day. The 40 hydrotherapy massage jets and 12 Skin therapy jets of the hot tub sooth even the strongest ache and are guaranteed to help you get a better nights sleep! The deck area also features a warm shower as well as table and chairs where those not tempted by the tub can sit and rest. The area can be accessed by all guests at the hotel.
