Holmlea Guest House has double,four poster family/triple and twin rooms available, all with en-suite or private non-shared bathrooms. Concessions are offered for single occupancy. We also have ground floor rooms with easy access for the partially disabled. Holmlea accommodates up to 16 guests and offers inexpensive, high quality accommodation in York. Our room and front door keys offer 24-hour access. All rooms are and equipped with colour television hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities. There is also an iron and ironing board for guest use.
