York House is a charming four star B&B, most conveniently situated just a short stroll from York Minster and the city centre. York House is the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful city of York and the surrounding area. The guesthouse is a family run, stunningly appointed Georgian house offering guests individually decorated rooms featuring all modern conveniences. Also available are four poster bedrooms, perfect for romantic weekend getaways to York!
Guests can expect superb food, and a hearty Full English breakfast, with Vegetarian alternative offered. No need to worry about parking in York, private off street parking is provided for guests. An Internet connection is available should you need it, and for the comfort of all our guests York House is a non-smoking establishment throughout.

Rooms have either ensuite baths or showers, and the family room has a private bathroom. De-luxe four-poster beds are included in some rooms. Choose from double bedrooms, twin and single bedrooms. All rooms are fully equipped with colour TVs, tea and coffee making facilities and hair dryers and shaver points. Ironing facilities are also available.

Enjoy breakfast in our beautiful conservatory or outside on our patio. For the romantic flowers, champagne, chocolates etc can be provided in the room on request at cost price. Internet connection provided in public area for emailing free of charge.

Directions
Approaching York from any direction take the outer ring road/bypass (A1237 or A64). Follow direction signs for A64 Scarborough. At the Scarborough roundabout on the north east side of York follow the signs for A1036 to York city centre, next large roundabout continue straight on A1036 to city centre. Traffic lights, straight on, mini roundabout, third exit, continue to city centre. Three hundred yards on left is York House.
