ETC 3 star graded Briar Lea Guest House is a beautiful York non-smoking B&B ideally placed within walking distance of York City Centre. No need to worry about parking in York, we offer both on street and limited off street parking to guests. As we are a pleasant five minute stroll either by the riverside, or through the museum gardens, to York city centre there is no need to use your car once you have arrived.

Our breakfast room has recently been attractively refurbished, for your comfort and pleasure. A Full English Breakfast is served together with fresh fruit options and vegetarian diets will be catered for. Guests can choose from one large family room, one de-luxe four poster room, one twin deluxe room, two double rooms and one twin room. All rooms are ensuite and a ground floor room is available with easy access. Every room is fully equipped for your comfort with a colour television and tea and coffee making facilities as standard. We can accommodate a mixture of family and friends.
