A modern, detached guest house residence, built in the early 1980's, in a quiet, tree-lined side-street, a short walk from York's old centre, with private car parking and garaging for cycles and motorbikes. Situated just off the main York to Hull road (A1079), close to York University and Business Science Park and the Barbican Leisure Centre, providing ensuite or standard rooms accommodation including facilities for wheelchair disabled or the elderly. Dogs are welcome by arrangement. 'Roy and Dennis with Victor their retired guide dog offer a warm welcome to four legged friends and well-behaved two legged owners'!

Having run Bull Lodge Guest House since 1988 we offer excellent bed and breakfast facilities. We are ideally located for exploring York's many historic buildings, sights and attractions, the surrounding North Yorkshire Moors and the East Coast. No smoking accommodation throughout. Dogs welcome by arrangement. We are on the doorstep of York's largest park - 'St Nicholas Fields' which offers unrestricted dog access, gentle walks and a view of York Minster. Disabled/Elderly ground floor accommodation, and private parking-garaging facilities.
