Grange Farm is a family run dairy and arable farm which forms part of the Castle Howard estate. The farm's 500 acres are mainly to the east of the farmstead, but also extend to the North and South of Bulmer village in the Beautiful Howardian countryside, designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

In the spacious centrally heated farmhouse there are three guest rooms, one double/family room with vanity unit, one twin en suite and one single, tea and coffee facilities in all rooms. Visitors lounge with television, games room with pool table and table tennis. Large secluded garden and baby sitting available. Well behaved dogs welcome.
