17th Century luxury Farmhouse B&B set in fields and woods nr Byland Abbey, ETC 5 Diamond Gold Award

Oldstead Grange is a luxury bed and breakfast guest house, set within beautiful fields, woods and valleys near Byland Abbey in the North York Moors National Park. Guests can enjoy the traditional features of our 17th century farmhouse and savour our unique combination of exceptionally high quality accommodation with a relaxed friendly atmosphere. The Grange was built in the 17th century from the local soft red sandstone. All rooms are en-suite, with added luxury touches such as large and really comfortable top quality pocket-sprung either king or super king size beds, crisp white cotton bed linen with either thick winter or cooler summer duvets, large fluffy towels, bath sheets and robes, toiletries by Molton Brown and fresh flowers. Bedroom refreshments include a wide selection of teas and coffees (fresh milk and ground coffee) and our own homemade chocolates and biscuits. All rooms are fully equipped with colour television, hair drier and radio/alarm clock. Fully adjustable central heating is standard in all rooms.

We serve a breakfast of your choice, including a range of teas and coffees, fresh fruit and juices, yoghurts, breads and croissants. Speciality Oldstead Grange dishes include a traditional grill with free range eggs from our own hens and dry cured Yorkshire bacon.
