The Guest House is situated in a quiet, residential street less than 10 min walk from the centre.Queen Annes Guest House is a charming 3 diamond York bed and breakfast, perfectly situated just 5 minutes walk from York Minster and close to the York City Walls. Guests have the convenience of their own front door key, and are welcome to come and go as desired. Guests can expect comfortable accommodation and a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Facilities include free parking (some off-street) and for the comfort of all our guests we are a non smoking establishment throughout. Guests also benefit from access to a payphone. We take care to cater for special diets by prior arrangement. Children over 3 years of age are most welcome, and the guest house has central heating throughout.

The family room may also be booked as a twin, double or triple room. We regret we are unable to offer one night stays on a Friday or Saturday, and please note a supplement will apply for single occupancy of our twin or double rooms. Rooms are available from 12 noon (Guests wishing to arrive earlier are welcome to check in their luggage and park their car). The latest check in time is 7pm if possible please, and later arrivals by prior arrangement only.

From the M1, M62 or the A1, take the A64 (York/Leeds) towards York. Take the turning signposted "York North" (A1237). This is a slip road on to the Outer Ring Road. From the Outer Ring Road, past a series of roundabouts, turn right on to the A19 (York/Thirsk) road towards York. Look for a footbridge which spans the road and turn next right into Queen Annes Road. From the Inner Ring Road, take the A19, Bootham. Queen Anne's Road is the 4th turning on the left.
