Welcome to Park View Guest House, a recently refurbished guest house close to York city centre, providing comfortable family- friendly accommodation.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms

There are 7 comfortable bedrooms available at this guest house. Choose from double bedrooms, twin bedrooms, single bedrooms and family bedrooms. All of these guest rooms have been recently refurbished, and and provide great facilities and modern furnishings.

In the bedrooms, you can find tea and coffee making facilities, colour TVs and en- suite bathrooms with power showers.

The ground floor double bedroom is suitable for wheelchairs, and has level access.


A delicious breakfast is included in the price of the room, and is served daily.

Other Things to Note

High chairs are available. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets. Free WiFi and ample onsite parking. Strictly no smoking.

Guests are provided with keys to the front door, to allow them 24 hour access to the guest house.

The historic city of York is a great place for a memorable holiday - bursting with famous attractions including the gothic York Minster Cathedral, York Dungeons, The National Railway Museum, the Cold War Bunker and York Racecourse.

Park View is just a short stroll from the bustling city centre, and overlooks Haxby Park and Bowls Field.

Further afield, The North York Moors National Park and the scenic Yorkshire Dale National Park are within driving distance, and make for a great day trip.
