Clifton Farm Website

Our Farmhouse breakfasts are renowned. I cook on the range in our farmhouse kitchen, this gives the true flavour of real home cooking. You can watch me from the dining room or gaze out at the birds feeding on the feeders we have scattered around the garden, or watch the farm animals having their breakfasts in the fields. We pride ourselves on our excellent breakfasts, offering a huge variety of local and homemade produce. Enjoy a selection of our Farm eggs, various locally sourced meats from our butcher. Even the tomatoes and mushrooms are locally sourced or grown here on the Farm. As an alternative our guests are able to enjoy kippers from Bridlington or Whitby. My irresistable Yorkshire scones and homemade lemon curd. I enjoy cooking. Need we say more??!! Come and stay with us, you won't be disappointed!! Please see my own website for comments from guests who have stayed with us, breakfast menu and lots more. Ideal location for York, Malton, Coast, Moors, Flamingo land, Herriot and Heartbeat counrty plus many more places of interest.

Directions

From York take the A64 towards Malton and Scarborough for approx 5-6miles, turn RIGHT just before Barons Caravans and fuel station, follow the signs for Harton, then follow the signs for Howsham, do not turn to Howsham Only, carry straight on, approx 2 miles, to the cross roads (Gally Gap), at the crossroads go STRAIGHT ahead towards Leavening. Clifton Farm is approx 1 mile from the cross roads on your RIGHT, we are one field inland. Look for the white farm sign. We do not display a B&B sign at the lane end as we do not take passing trade (advanced bookings only). We feel that this ensures both privacy and security for our guests and ourselves.
