The hotel is located in lively Reeth, capital of Swaledale, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park. Reeth offers an array of real ale pubs, and specialist shops, and has easy access to unspoilt and varied landscapes. The Reeth area has hosted many period films and TV series, most notably James Herriott's "All Creatures Great and Small".

There are ten rooms all en-suite, with bath and shower (except our one single room with shower only), hospitality tray, safe, colour television and hairdryer.
