Free car park.Accommodation is offered in modern south facing motel-style garden rooms located on the outside of the main hotel building. These rooms are light and airy and are contemporary in style with en suite shower facilities. They are located on ground floor level with direct access to the garden and car park.Alternatively, in the main hotel building the more traditional bedrooms are located over three floors and are each unique and individual in character. Each has en suite bath with shower over. Some enjoy glorious views over the racecourse.All of our hotel rooms have colour television, direct dial telephone and complementary tea and coffee making facilities. Hair dryers and ironing boards are available on request.On 1st November 2009 we are intending to close our swimming pool for refurbishment. It will reopen on 1st April 2010.

Knavesmire also has extensive conference meeting room facililities to accommodate upto 50 delegates.
