We're proud to offer high quality accommodation within a Victorian house just a short walk from the city centre, and we can accept groups of up to 32 people for an affordable and convenient stay. As guests at our Stakesby Holiday Flats, you'll be just a short drive from the A1(M), and close to local bus routes. We're within easy reach of the train station, and our flats are elegantly furnished for a comfortable sleep.

Our flats are all spacious, well-furnished and fully equipped. We offer flats with family rooms including one or two double beds, and two single beds, and we provide additional guest beds and sofa beds as required. Our flats have well-equipped kitchens with cookers, microwaves, kettles, fridges and toasters. We provide dining facilities, and guests have use of spacious living areas with TVs, VHS players and CD players. Flats have both shower and bath facilities, and can sleep up to twelve people. Our garden flat has its own patio, with BBQ, and has wheelchair access and a particularly spacious layout, as well as modern facilities including a dishwasher, flatscreen TV and DVD player for added convenience.
