Within easy reach of great Yorkshire attractions including the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks and the Lightwater Valley Theme Park, Morton House and The Stable Block in Masham are our two self-catering properties not far from the A1(M). Masham is home to traditional English pubs, world-famous breweries and independent shops, and our cottages can be booked together to accommodate up to sixteen business or leisure guests. If you're travelling in a smaller group, we offer reduced rates for an occupancy of six, saving you money but giving you the same luxury accommodation.

You'll stay in either The Stable Block or Morton House during your visit. Both properties include modern fully fitted kitchens, dining facilities and luxury bathrooms, and they both include comfortable living areas. In The Stable Block we've provided a TV, DVD player, VHS player and games console and in Morton House there's a 42-inch flat-screen TV with the full Sky package, and a cosy cast-iron stove. Morton House's four bedrooms include a twin room, a double room and an en-suite king-sized bedroom, and in The Stable Block there's a double room, a king-sized bedroom and a single bedroom with an additional pull-out bed. Both properties share access to a large garden including a gourmet BBQ.
