The Windmill is an unique 18th Century, Grade II listed building in the centre of Scarborough offering well appointed, superior bed & breakfast accommodation. It has nine ensuite bedrooms built around a cobbled courtyard. It is the last remaining windmill in Scarborough and is situated less than a five minute walk from the town centre, station and the Stephen Joseph Theatre in a quiet cul-de-sac.

A range of standard double, twin rooms and family rooms are available. All are ensuite and the rate includes a hearty breakfast with vegetarian options available. The rooms on the ground floor have direct access onto the cobbled courtyard and the first floor rooms step out onto the veranda. All rooms have a remote control television, well stocked hospitality tray with use of iron, ironing board and hairdryer available on request.

Specialities

Two self catering holiday apartments are also available at The Windmill. One is family friendly and sleeps up to four people. The Balcony flat is situated on the fourth & fifth floor of the Windmill and sleeps two people. This flat offers 360 degree views over Scarborough and is unfortunately not suitable for children and babies.
