Rosebeck is within two minutes walking distance of the centre. Rosebeck has been sympathetically restored and consists of many original features with decoration in Farrow and Ball colours. The sitting room has a sunny aspect, beamed ceiling, log burning stove and French door to front patio area. The dining room again with sunny aspect, has gas stove and French windows leading to rear patio and garden area. Helmsley itself sits in a lovely part of the country and has many attractions including Dumcombe Park, the Castle and boasts fine shops, restaurants and pubs. Hemlsley is only a short drive from Pickering and forty five minutes from the coast & York.
The cottage has been renovated to a high standard and sits in a private and peaceful location. There is a detached heated boot room for coats and walking boots in the winter. There is a beautiful summer garden with herbacious borders acers and magnolias. Full gas fired central heating, logs and electricity are included, together with bed linen, cot, colour television, video and CD player. Internet access. Farrow and Ball paint colours throughout. Car parking facilities available and well behaved dogs allowed by prior arrangement.

Inside there is a good sized family bathroom with bath and mixer taps (towels supplied). Kitchen with stone flag floors contains electric cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. There are two double bedrooms, one containing twin beds and the other a double bed with shower en suite. The cosy sitting room has a log burning stove and there is an antique style gas fire in the dining room. Both bedrooms and the family bathroom have lovely original dormer windows with pleasing views.
