Cross Farm Barns are a selection of luxurious four star self catering holiday cottages in the Yorkshire market town of Holmfirth, heart of 'Last of the Summer Wine' country. This fabulous area is renowned for its stunning beauty and offers fantastic walking opportunities in the high hills and lush green valleys. The quiet unspoilt villages found here harbour a variety of unique shops, country pubs, fine restaurants and cafe bars. The area has recently been featured in the Yorkshire TV series 'Where The Heart Is', and many of the cast stayed with us during the summer filming season.

All three self catering holiday cottages are fully furnished, centrally heated and modernised whilst retaining much of their rustic Yorkshire charm. The kitchens are well equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge / freezer and laundry facilities including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Lounges are spacious and comfortable and contain colour TV, video, radio and CD player, and the largest even has Sky TV. All bathrooms are beautifully tiled and include a wash basin, bath, shower and clean and fluffy bath towels. Guests often remark on our cosy sitting area upstairs. This huge loft space is hidden away and has dark exposed beams in a traditional style and luxurious white sofas for the perfect 'quiet night in'. Outside is a pretty paved garden with furniture, perfect for an al fresco meal in the warmer months.
