Loadbrook Cottages is a late 18th century farm house and farm workers cottages on the Yorkshire / Derbyshire border - close to Sheffield in a beautiful rural setting in the Peak District National Park. In 1974, it was renovated into a family home. The family run B&B was started in 1994 and provides spacious and private accommodation with its own separate front door, entrance hall and staircase. Loadbrook Cottages B&B has a 4 star (silver award) rating from the English Tourist Board/Quality in Tourism. There is also a self catering cottage (next to the B&B) which sleeps up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms and also has 2 bathrooms, a large sitting room and a kitchen/dining room. Short breaks are also available in the cottage.

Despite its rural location, Loadbrook Cottages is only 7 miles from Sheffield city centre. It stands in its own private grounds which are open to guests and include fields where sheep and horses graze together with extensive woodland and moorland which are home to a wide variety of birds including red grouse. At Load Brook Cottage B&B, a full cooked English breakfast is served using local produce. All diets can be catered for - if you have special dietary needs, please let us know in advance. Breakfast is served at any time to suit and on summer days can be eaten outside where a small lake is a haven for ducks, moorhens and other wildfowl. All bedrooms are traditionally and comfortably furnished and have TV and tea/coffee making facilities and wonderful views. Broadband internet access is available in all rooms. All double rooms have king sized beds. A family room & a cot are available, please enquire when booking.
