A warm and welcoming 17th Century pub offering B&B accommodation, wholesome food and traditional Yorkshire beers near Masham, North Yorkshire
The Black Swan is a 200 year old pub offering bed and breakfast in the magnificent Yorkshire Dales at Fearby near Masham. The pub is warm and welcoming and the public bar overlooks the Burn Valley with a panoramic view of the Vale of York and local moors.
The Black Swan is hidden away in a quiet corner of the Yorkshire Dales and has an abundance of walks from which to choose from. We have designed two walks starting and finishing at the pub, one of which takes you to the Druids Temple, a local 19th Century folly. On your return, satisfy your appetite with some tasty, wholesome home cooked food in our restaurant washed down with some real Yorkshire Ale.
We have double, single, twin and quad rooms available. Each is equipped with drink making facilities, flat screen TVs with Freeview and hairdryers.
Our sixth annual festival of ale takes place Thursday 24th-Sunday 27th July. Visitors will find in excess of 25 Yorkshire born and bred beers on sale over the three days along with live entertainment.
