A listed cottage available as self catering or B&B, situated in Goathland in North Yorkshire Moors

Rose Cottage is over 180 years old and is an integral part of the village and local history. The cottage is grade II listed and has stone walls and beams throughout, helping the property to retain much of its character whilst offering all the modern comforts the self catering visitor might require. The cottage is cosy and boasts two wood burning fires, one in the lounge and one in the breakfast room. The Breakfast room may be used at anytime by the B&B guests. Coal and wood is provided.

Self Catering bookings are only done on a weekly basis and only for the whole cottage. In the lounge there is a television, VCR and DVD player along with a selection of DVDs and CDs for your enjoyment. The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with built in oven, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher and microwave for your convenience. The cottage has its own large enclosed cottage style garden with a barbecue and patio area for those al fresco meals during the warmer months.

Rooms Description

Rose Cottage accommodates 7 adults in three double bedrooms and one single room. All double rooms have televisions. The master room has an en-suite shower and bathroom. The second double room has an en-suite shower room. The final double room has an en suite Victorian bathroom with stand alone bath and shower facilities. This Victorian style bathroom can also be accessed by another door to be used as the family bathroom if needed. Towels and bed linen are all provided.
