This delightful 300 year old fisherman's cottage has been fully modernised, yet retains many original quirky and unique features. It is superbly located on the harbourside and small beach, just 20 metres from all the local restaurants, bars and shops, as well as the famous 199 steps. From the four front windows of the property guests can enjoy fabulous views directly on to the harbour/ beach and out to sea. It's near impossible to to find a front line location/luxury holiday cottage with stunning views in front of the harbour and beach, this is the one.
The cottage is fully equipped with all that the self catering visitor may need, including a modern gallery kitchen with black granite worktops, built-in Bosch oven hob and dishwasher. In the sitting room/kitchen is solid oak floorboards, a comfortable modern black leather corner suite, black wall fire and black wall mounted sky TV. The house bathroom has marble flooring an old style Victorian bath with claw feet in addition to a modern corner shower cubicle. Old style cast radiators provide central heating.

The cottage sleeps 5 in two doubles (1 ensuite) and one single room, with an additional shared bathroom. All 3 bedrooms enjoy fantastic views over the harbour, beach and out to sea. All windows have stylish window shutters, all bedroom furniture is solid oak. Towels, bedding and end clean included in the price. Children are welcome, but no pets please.
