The accommodation is superbly located three miles from Castle Howard and the characterful market town of Malton, making this the ideal base for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors, Whitby, Scarborough and the Heritage coast.
There are many varied attractions within easy reach including Nunnington Hall, Malton Museum, Eden Camp and Flamingoland Zoo and Theme Park. Nearby Dalby Forest has good cycling for all the family and 'Go Ape'. The surrounding countryside has excellent walks and the area is perfect for touring by road and bike. The Centenary Way and the Ebor Way are both close to the cottage, linking with the Wolds Way and the Cleveland Way. There is nearby Golf, Fishing & Horseriding and a Swimmimg Pool in Malton.
The cottage sleeps 4+2 in one twin and one double room. There is a sofa bed in the sitting room. A cot is available on request. There is a bathroom with shower over the bath, a completely new fitted kitchen/dining room and separate lounge.

There is a patio area and BBQ. a welcome pack awaits your arrival and hampers can be arranged for special occasions-please enquire when booking. We have an arrangement with high quality suppliers of ready made meals, should you require. Cottage is all Single Level Ground Floor, No steps or stairs within the cottage. Eye level Oven & Microwave. Suitable for those with minor walking difficulties, not wheelchair accessible.
