A warm welcome awaits at Gregory's Guest House, a small and friendly bed and breakfast located in the city of York. Our home has undergone a total transformation and since being awarded four stars with a silver award we have continued to offer accommodation and service that you have come to expect. Our Deliciously Yorkshire Breakfast will set you up for the day whether you prefer a full cooked English, continental, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free, gluen/wheat free or other special requests.

Cliffords Tower and the City Walls are a ten minute walk. Our free on street parking means that you don't have to take your car into the city, you can walk in to explore what York has to offer. You can also walk into the city along the riverside walk or through Rowntrees park. York Race Course is also a five minute walk either for a day at the races or for the various exhibitions and events.
