A warm welcome awaits you at our lovely 4 star Edwardian family bed and breakfast run by Sally and her daughter Mia. This elegant and comfortably luxurious B&B has recently been extended and refurbished to a very high standard. It is set in an acre of beautiful gardens overlooking the Humber Bridge with the "Wolds Way" path running between the river and the end of the garden. Here we aim to ensure that you have both a relaxing and pleasurable stay whether you are travelling for business or leisure. We do this by providing high class accommodation, mouth watering food, and superior service by doing our utmost to make sure all your needs are catered for, from taxi bookings to an ironing board!

We are ideally situated and make an ideal touring base for exploring the East Riding of Yorkshire. We only 2 minutes from the railway station and close to both the a63 and the a164. Hull is only a 10 minute drive away and Beverly 15 minutes. Both York and Leeds are within easy reach and provide a wonderful day out. Also close by are the coastal resorts of Hornsea and Bridlington and the National Nature Reserve at Spurn Point for those interested in outdoor activities and walks. If you prefer to stay local a short stroll into the village of Hessle where you will find shops, churches, eateries and pubs around the square.
