Ponden House Bed and Breakfast is a luxurious 4 diamond graded guesthouse, built on the site of the 16th Century house and barn. Guests can expect superb comfort and tranquillity in a secluded setting steeped in the history of the Brontes. Local craftsmen and women have blended local materials with traditional skills and imaginative design to combine both old and new come to provide a unique atmosphere, with easy access to Haworth and the walk upto Top Withins, inspiration for Emily Bronte's 'Wuthering Heights' farmhouse. Brenda Taylor, family and friends offer hospitality to guests from near and far. With views down to the reservoir and across to the moors, Ponden House is the perfect base for long Bronte Country walks, gentle strolls or visiting local towns and villages. The B&B is situated directly on the Pennine Way and welcomes walker stopovers!

Newly installed at Ponden House is our deluxe, secluded and relaxing hot tub with terrace and changing area in its own private garden. *The hot tub can be enjoyed in all seasons and is perfect for relaxing group parties. Why not relax with friends, celebrate a special event or simply escape every day stress. Sip elderflower champagne under the stars, and in spring the hillside is crowded with daffodils. All our food is lovingly prepared from fresh ingredients with flair and imagination. Meals can be eaten outside, weather permitting, or inside in our dining room which has views of Ponden reservoir. We welcome vegetarians and vegans, and a small select wine list is available. Evening meals are served by arrangement. Afterwards, relax and talk in the adjacent lounge around the cosy log fire.
