The Wayfarer Bistro and Guest House has been recently restored with original wood floors, antique pine tables and contemporary decor perfectly combining to create a modern and stylish environment. The menu in the bistro changes on a regular basis and visitors can be sure of the highest quality fayre created using locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Our menu is known for its great seafood, as you would expect from a restaurant so close to the magnificent Yorkshire Coast.

The village of Robin Hood's Bay is charming and picturesque, with twisting streets winding through the village to the beach below. The village is renowned for its history as a smugglers haunt and the main street actually comes to an end where it meets the sea. At low tide it is possible to reach Ravenscar, three miles away, though visitors must be aware of the turning tides and being cut off by the incoming sea. The Wayfarer offer four luxury en-suite rooms with sea views, tea and coffee making facilities and WiFi internet access.
