Situated in the village of Ingbirchworth, The Fountain Inn is only 6 miles from Holmfirth, best known for its connections with the television series 'Last of the Summer Wine'. Within 20 minutes guests can easily reach Wakefield, Barnsley and Sheffield. All rooms have been decorated and furnished to a 4 Star standard benefit from breathtaking views and excellent en-suite facilities. The Deluxe rooms have the added romance of Four Poster beds. The hotel also features a popular restaurant serving delicious food 7 days a week, from 12pm until late, and is well known for its mouthwatering Sunday Lunch. There is also a private corner of the restaurant where couples can enjoy an intimate candlelit meal on their own, perhaps to celebrate a special occasion or simply for some quality time together.

There are 10 luxurious rooms in the hotel with spectacular views overlooking the magnificent Yorkshire countryside. All our rooms are fitted to a high specification with large double beds, luxury duvets, a desk with modem points, direct dial telephones, mini music systems, televisions and hot drink making facilities. Our individually designed bedrooms are all en-suite. Two of the rooms are superior standard with the largest specifically decorated with newlyweds in mind. Deluxe Rooms Have Four Poster Beds.
