The Sandygate Hotel, located in the up and coming area of South Yorkshire, Wath upon Dearne is owned and run by husband and wife team Dyan and David Elliot. Dyan enjoys being the front of house host, welcoming new and returning guests and David, winner of the 1983 BBC's 'Master Chef of the Year', is the creative, artistic and sometimes temperamental Chef de Cuisine. The hotel restaurant offers an excellent a La Carte menu and snacks from the Table d'Hote menu are also available at the bar.
We have a large function room available for weddings, conferences, christenings or any special occasion, and can seat up to 80 or accommodate up to 200 for buffets. We also have wedding co ordinators on hand for your special day, please enquire for more details. Elliott's kitchen serves modern international cuisine, which guests can enjoy in the air conditioned restaurant or outside 'al-fresco' style.
