A good nights sleep is really what you are paying for – we make sure that our mattresses are replaced regularly and that they are comfortable, that you can see the tv from your bed and that you have a remote control handy – nothing worse than having to get up to change channels! The bed linen is all from Dorma and the towels Egyptian cotton, because it makes a difference. That said we think Breakfast matters too and consider it to be a really important part of an enjoyable stay and so we offer it the way we would like to receive it – a choice of fresh fruits, yoghurts and juices and a freshly cooked breakfast cooked to your liking served with quality tea , coffee and toast. Having spent 25 years in the hospitality industry and being a qualified chef – not to mention big fan of a full English – Steve more than knows his way around the kitchen and our guests frequently comment on the quality of the breakfast – why not come and see for yourself?
