Here we offer contemporary styled accommodation in recently built superior apartment developments. We have two apartments that both contain 2 bedrooms, one being a double and one twin. On site you will find private parking for your convenience. If you choose to travel by foot we are only 10 minutes walk from city centre or a short taxi ride from the railway station. In our apartments you will find all the amenities you could need including a TV with DVD and Video, a CD player and radio, Hairdryer, Washer/Dryer and a Dishwasher in The Tannery. The apartments are ideal for holidays, short breaks or as a very cost effective alternative to hotels when working in or around York for a few days. **** WIFI Internet available ****
The apartments are comfortable and well equipped with modern furnishings and fittings. Each property sleeps up to 4. Merchants Gate is a second floor apartment with well proportioned accommodation. It has a separate lounge and kitchen/diner with a large bathroom. The Tannery is a second and third floor duplex apartment with period feature beams and is a 'New Inside' in an 'Old Outside'. Downstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The Master bedroom has an ensuite shower room.
The Merchants Gate Apartment offers 2 spacious bedrooms that have been tastefully furnished with metal beds and light beech bedroom furniture and a dressing table each. The twin bedroom has a built in mirrored wardrobe. There is a large modern bathroom with a white bathroom suite, a bath with shower over, heated towel rail and an electric shaving point. The Tannery Apartment is a duplex apartment with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. The master bedroom contains a stylish metal bed and light beech bedroom furniture and an ensuite shower room with shower, toilet and sink. The twin bedroom has been tastefully furnished in the same style as the master bedroom. Downstairs there is a bathroom with a bath, toilet, basin, heated towel rail and electric shaver point. All rooms in the apartment have their own thermostatically controlled heating.
Free car parking for both apartments is available in enclosed courtyards. The Tannery development is secured by electric gates. Fully equipped kitchen for all your self-catering needs.
