Rylstone Mere is situated on the main road into Whitby and offers stunning views over Pannett Park. The building began life as an eighteenth century captain's residence and retains many character features from this period. The town's harbour, shops and other amenities are a mere three to four minute walk away and the beach can be easily reached within eight to ten minutes.one of the major benefits of staying with us is we have a private car park and as you may know parking is a premium in whitby!

Each of our rooms has been sympathetically restored to a high standard and some still retain Victorian fireplaces, high ceilings and ornate cornices.one of our rooms has a balcony over looking the lovely pannet park. Breakfast is served in your room, allowing you the luxury of starting the day in a relaxed manner.we offer a full menu including full cooked breakfast to poached eggs etc.
