Clover Cottage sleeps 4 and High View Meadows sleeps 6, and if booked together accomodates 10 persons. High View Meadows is a three bed, two bath mezzanine apartment cottage over 2 floors. Clover Cottage is a two bed, two bath semi-detached stone cottage. Designed by local award winning architects Boasting panoramic views through the large picture windows across the Lune Valley & towards Ingleborough...one of the `Three Peaks`. Set in landscaped grounds with pond and a stream. Situated just 1/2 mile from the pretty market town of Kirkby Lonsdale with its doomsday `Devils Bridge` and famous`Ruskins View`. The award winning architects have made this two bedroom property feel spacious and comfortable. The cottage is beautifully furnished with solid wood furniture, leather suites and a walnut kitchen. In the lounge, guests will find a large flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD player for entertainment in the evening. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hob and burner. A pub, restaurant and leisure centre can be found within 100 yards of the cottage and a petrol station is just one mile away. Many good restaurants in & around Kirkby Lonsdale.
High View Meadows is the larger property and sleeps 6 with a double mezzanine bedroom to wake up to those views across the Lune Valley. Plus two twin rooms. Clover Cottage sleeps 4 with a double mezzanine bedroom and one twin room. Both properties have two bathrooms a spacious living /dining/kitchen area with a luxury kitchen.
Guests of the apartment have access to the Country Club LEISURE CENTRE free of charge & is located next door to the property. Facilities at the club include gym, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi and 18m swimming pool. Also includes activities such as aquagym and aerobics. There is a Beauty Salon at extra cost.
