The properties lie within the grounds of the main house Crow Hill, a former Victorian Mill Owners country house. There are many stunning walks in the area including the famous Pennine Way and the estate extends into the northern part of the Peak District. Crow Hill is perfect for family/friend gatherings/parties, weddings and holidays at anytime of the year. Of course each property can be rented individually or together.
If you have been looking for a truly comfortable, contemporary, tranquil holiday accommodation nestled within beautiful rolling hills in 37 acres of its own grounds, where sheep graze peacefully on the doorstep you have found it! All 3 properties are luxuriously fitted and furnished with designer kitchens and bathrooms, flat screen TV's and stylish fireplaces. Outside there are acres of outdoor space, formal garden areas and large patio areas with bbqs and there is plenty of off road parking.
Crow Hill Country House sleeps 13 guests with 4 double bedrooms, 2 twins, one single bedroom, very large house bathroom with original roll top bath and 3 en suite bathrooms. For example one twin bedroom is on the ground floor with en - suite , one bedroom has a lovely four poster bed and one bedroom is an Art Deco suite. All the bedrooms are furnished very individually. Crow Hill Cottage sleeps 6 guests with 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom. The Master bedroom has an ensuite and there is a large house bathroom with walk-in shower. Crow Hill Lodge sleeps 4 guests with 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with very large walk -in shower. All the above have travel cots and highchairs.

Crow Hill is a quintessential English country house. Ideal venue for weddings, parties, family/friend gatherings, one day hire available for corporate events, ie team building experiences. Historically, Crow Hill has entertained many eminent visitors including the composer Vaughan Williams, who reportedly wrote his famous piece "Larks Ascending" whilst visiting Crow Hill. He was obviously inspired by the dramatic scenery of the National Trust Marsden Moors.
