The blue flag beaches and seaside attractions of Bridlington and Filey and the Yorkshire Wolds Way are within easy reach of this spacious family cottage which accommodates 6 guests plus baby cot. Ideal for families!! Pets are welcome in the property and are FREE! Burton Fleming offers ample facilities including a pub serving excellent food, a well stocked shop and mobile Post Office, village hall with weekly activities, friendly farm shop, dog walk within the village and two duck ponds with lots of ducks and other farm life!! Annual events in the Burton Fleming calendar include the Scarecrow Festival and Winter Wonderland.
Unique features include a 6 FT SNOOKER TABLE already set up in the dining room which doubles up as a dining table, many TVs (Freeview in the lounge)/VCRs and films plus DVD players and CD hi-fi. A large collection of board games, books and jigsaws are also provided. Outside there is a NEW PLAY AREA with 2 swings, a climbing frame and a slide all fenced in to keep your little ones safe. Old Farm View is ideally placed for touring both East and North Yorkshire with tourist hotspots such as York, the Yorkshire Wolds, the North Yorkshire Moors and seaside centres such as Whitby, Scarborough, Bridlington and Filey all within easy driving distance. Hunmanby is our nearest large town to the north and has supermarkets and shops for those all important supplies.
Spacious, comfortable family holiday cottage has large lounge with 7 seater cottage suite, Freeview TV, DVD player & films, CD hi fi, games & books. French doors in the lounge open out to an enclosed patio with garden furniture which is very safe for your children and pets. A large fully fitted modern kitchen is equipped with breakfast bar with 4 stools, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. Upstairs to large family room with pine double bed, bunk beds & cot - also with TV/VCR & DVD player and many toys & films. The ground floor lovely sunny, double bedroom with TV and spacious wardrobes. All bed linen is provided. Dining room has a snooker table which doubles as a dining table, also there is a bright and colourful family bathroom upstairs. Outside there is an enclosed patio area with furniture, ideal for al fresco dining and those with pets (and there's a dog walk in the village!!).
