Well positioned halfway between Halifax and Bradford and close to the M62 Motorway, Rook Residence is close to several excellent pubs all serving excellent evening meals, additionally there are a variety of take away food outlets close by. There are historic buildings and museums in abundance. These include the Shibden Hall Museum, Bankfield Museum, and Eureka! Children’s Museum. For Art lovers there is the World Heritage site "Salts Mills" in nearby Shipley with its permanent David Hockney exhibition. Close to Rook Residence, is Bradford, one of it's many attractions is the world famous National Museum of Photography, Film & Television complete with IMAX cinema. Bradford also has an excellent range of entertainment such as plays in the Alhambra theatre and a lively nightlife.
At Rook Residence we offer a variety of rooms including single, twin, double, and double with child bed. All bedrooms are no smoking and have a colour digital TV and coffee and tea making facilities. A selection of the rooms are en suite. Those that are not have a wash basin in the room and there is a house bathroom with bath, shower, and WC per each two bedrooms.
