Nigel and Lois welcome you to 108 Sunrise Drive, a brand new two bedroom luxury self catering holiday cottage located on the beach close to the Victorian seaside resort of Filey in Yorkshire. The complex has a brand new leisure facilities with indoor pool, steam room, sauna & gym. Ouside there is a tennis court and mini golf plus a pub and restaurant which serves delicious homemade food and serves traditional beers and fine wines. Along with the magnificent five mile stretch of safe beach Filey offers surfing, fishing, walking, yachting, golfing and bird watching. The beach is protected by the Filey Brigg, which is a haven for a variety of birds and wildlife.
On the ground floor of the cottage lies the open plan kitchen, dining and living room. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with fridge freezer, cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and all glasses, pots, pans, cutlery etc. The dining room has ample seating for four and the lounge area has an L shaped sofa and is equipped with large Freeview TV. Upstairs there is the master bedroom with double bed, a second bedroom with twin beds and bathroom with shower.

The cottage sleeps up to four people in one double and one twin bedroom. The bedrooms are furnished to a very high standard and have an LCD Television in the Double room. There is also a baby gate and cot available for families with a very young child. You get a pass card for our house to use the pool, sauna & steam room the other facilities there is a charge to use, payable to the owners of the facilities. We allow up to 2 dogs, so we are dog friendly at an additonal charge of £10 per dog per stay

This site also used to be part of Butlins holiday park, for those of you who went to Butlins Filey, you would have some memories of this area, even though it is now a luxury resort, you can still feel the atmosphere of holidaying in the air.
