Our friendly staff are ready to greet you with a welcoming smile and want to make your stay a pleasurable one. The accommodation is situated on one of Whitby's most important streets and has excellent views of Pannett Park, the museum and the magnificent Georgian street houses. Guests may be interested in visiting the nearby Abbey or one of the many sites relating to Whitby's most famous son, Captain James Cook. Minimum of 2 night night during the weekend and school holidays. Goth weekends, new year, regatta, and bank holidays have minimum stays of 3 nights.
We are a family run business with experienced staff to make your stay special. There is everything you expect to find in the usual top quality bed and breakfast, however we go the extra mile. With fridges in your room, fresh flowers throughout, home made jams at breakfast, locally sourced produce, weather forecast on your breakfast table, we aim to make your stay a pleasure. Each room is furnished in keeping with a Victorian house, whilst being complemented by modern facilities.
We offer a wide range of comfortable and amply-furnished bedrooms with both en suite and private bathrooms, we have double and family rooms that will sleep up to a family of five- one room being a family suite with accommodation across two rooms. We have a master suite with super king-size bed, roll top bath, hdtv and views of the park. Each room comes with freesat digital television, DVD player and fridge. We have 2 double bedrooms with private shower room, 1 double en-suite room, 1 luxury room with en-suite bathroom, 1 family room with en-suite that can sleep up to 5, and 1 family suite that can sleep up to 5.
We are situated only about 3 minutes walk to the town centre and railway station. We are opposite the beautiful and newly refurbished Pannet Park, with its outstanding gardens, museum and art gallery.
