Cliff Lawn is a small family run Hotel providing superior accommodation in Leeds combined with a friendly personalised service. Originally the Victorian home of a local mill owner it has been tastefully modernised over the years and now provides quality guest accommodation. Our 24 bedrooms comprise Family, Premier Double, Double, Twin and Single rooms, 17 with en-suite facilities.

Private off road security lit car park with Closed Circuit TV is available to guests and we are located just 1 ½ miles from the City Centre and we enjoy very quiet surroundings, being set completely in our own grounds.
