The purpose built extension is in complete character with the existing building and a great deal of care and attention has been given to ensure a comfortable stay. The Old Vicarage has a fascinating history and makes the perfect retreat for a romantic break. Built in 1893, formerly the home of the Vicars of Bruntcliffe, i was purchased from the Church by the previous owners in 1977. In 1986 the building was sympathetically extended to form originally a guest house and is now running as a two star hotel.
The Old Vicarage Hotel is ideally situated for business or pleasure and sits within easy distance of Leeds, Bradford, Halifax and Huddersfield. The City of Leeds is just over a mile away and offers he visitor many attractions. Great shopping, fascinating architecture, world renowned sports venues, parks, museums and our close proximity to the beautiful Yorkshire Dales are just a few of the many attractions that bring over 11 million visitors to Leeds every year. Leeds is also famous for its vibrant night life and cultural scene. The Old Vicarage Hotel offers a choice of comfortable en-suite rooms to guests. All bedrooms have direct dial telephones, remote control colour TV, hospitality tray, trouser press, iron and board an hairdryer. A choice of smoking and non smoking rooms are available. The hotel has a sitting room for guests use with a small 'Honesty Bar' with drinks and cigarettes. Dinner is served in the non smoking dining room. Laundry service available. There is a Private Car park with spaces for 21 cars.
Conference Rooms - Why not hold your meeting in the relaxing atmosphere of the Old Vicarage, away from the pressures of the office? We have 4 small meeting rooms, one of which has a conference table for 8 people. We cater for private board meetings, one-to-one training, interviews, breakfast meetings and small conferences.
