Comfortable, Friendly West Cliff Guest House, Pet Friendly, all rooms are En-Suite, Double Glazed and have central heating, only 5 mins walk to town centre.
The Magnolia Guest House is a friendly and cosy guest house ideally situated in the heart of Whitby on West Cliff. Guests have easy access to all of Whitby's superb attractions including the cliff top, Whitby Abbey, the Harbour and Whitby town centre with delightful specialist shops. The guest house is only two to three minutes walk to the cliff lift for access to the beach, and five to ten minutes walk to Whitby town centre, the beautiful historic harbour and 'old Whitby'. We are a non smoking establishment throughout for the comfort of all, and welcome both children and well behaved pets.
All our rooms are tastefully decorated and all have en-suite bathrooms. Facilities in rooms include a television, complimentary tea and coffee tray, and radio alarm and hairdryer. Choose from our selection of double, twin, family and single rooms. Iron facilities are available upon request and a hearty, Full English Breakfast is served. We offer a choice of dishes and cater for vegetarians and any other special diets with prior notice. The Magnolia Guest House is a pet friendly B&B and we welcome small to medium dogs at our discretion. We are open all year round and offer a reduction for stays of a week or more.
Rooms Description
We have rooms available with showers or bath depending on guests preferences but all rooms are en-suite. Our rooms are spacious and light, and have comfortable seating for guests to relax after a long day. We pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our guest house and try to make guests stay as comfortable as possible.

Discounts & Deals
- Discounts available for stays of a week. Stay 7 nights pay for 6 nights.
- Stay any three nights from December to february for £150.00. Excluding dates between Dec 20th to Jan 10th

Directions
When you approach whitby follow the signs for West Cliff, as you drive along the cliff top with the sea on your left, take the 2nd right turn after "The Met" pub, and then take first right, Abbey terrace is then first on the left. We are second down from the top of Abbey Terrace.
