Bay View and Jumelage are semi detached bungalows in the village of Sewerby with sea views over Bridlington Bay. The lounge is each property is equipped with colour TV, DVD player and video recorder and boasts views over the bay. The bathrooms are fully tiled and cotain WC, hand basin and bath with shower over. The dining kitchen is located to the rear and is fully equipped with a gas hob and electirc oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. The cupboards are well stocked with cooking and dining equipment. The kitchen leads onto the conservatory and the patio and mature garden which is fully enclosed for the safety of children and pets.
